Undertook a year & half long project as a Telecom Implementation Supervisor with following key accomplishments:

• Conducting Site survey and TSSR for indoor and outdoor sites according to customer plan.
• NOKIA Flexi EDGE BTS Swap with Siemens BTS 240-XL.
• NOKIA Flexi EDGE BTS installation, Commissioning, Integration and Troubleshooting.
• Supervision commissioning of antenna line, VSWR testing, Return loss, Insertion loss and Distance to Fault (DTF) measurements utilizing Site master.
• Quality Visits on site for BSS Issues.
• DELTA, ELTEK and POWERONE Rectifier Installation, Commissioning & External Alarms Rectifications according to Customers demand.
• Rectification & Troubleshooting of BSS Alarms (HW, Equipment, Quality & External Alarms).
• Perform NEC and NSN Transmission Swapping Troubleshooting and Media Clearances.
• Perform Microwave Hardware and Software Link Upgrades of NSN Equipments.
• Done cross connections and mapping for the transmission equipment.
• Conducted Acceptances for Microwave Link Upgrades & swapped sites with Customer.
• Responsible for Swap activates on site & supervise Subcon.
• Conducting ATP with Customer.
• Conducting Training sessions of Nokia Flexi BTS, SARALXD, and Delta Rectifier for Subcontractor.
