 Supervision of various construction and maintenance works such as School Buildings, Construction of House Buildings and Roads.
 Inspect and monitor private building construction’s limit to implement and ensure the compliance of the National Building Code of the Philippines as well as to the local ordinances.
 Testing of all construction materials
 Making site coordination with various contractors/subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
 Providing site work reports and documentations to project manager.
 Conducting QA/AC work for the materials supplied in the site.
