Key Responsibilities.
• To promote and facilitate a safe and secure learning and living environment at the School.
• Patrol School grounds and buildings to prevent and detect offences against persons and property.
• Respond to all emergency and routine situations.
• Establish and foster partnerships within the school community and perform other duties as required while adhering to school policy and accepted guidelines.
• Deal with complex issues where professional judgement and discretionary decision making will have a high impact at both individual and institutional levels.
• Required to understand and work within the operational guidelines of the Security Department of school.
• Officers experience a very dynamic work environment with high stress factors, year round weather conditions, and moderate physical demands. Work volume is unpredictable.
• Officers will be in constant contact with the school community and will advise and provide support to students, staff, and visitors on Security and Safety matters.
Key responsibilities
• Prevent entry of unauthorized person in to u.s.govt. building or facilities.
• Protect U.S. movement property from fire, theft or damage.
• Screen and search visitor and their belonging items prior to entry U.S. govt. building.
• Safe guarding of official information, records and documents.
• Prepare any security related incident report and summit to the GFC.and RSO.
• Patrol the perimeter from inside and out side to make sure area is secure.
• Report to work fit for duty to supervisor at starting the duty.
• X-Ray personal belonging items of embassy staff’s before allowing entering for their job.
• Help the visitor and staff in case of emergency such as boi/chemi attack.
• Assist and control the visitors for citizen service or attestation of documents.
• Help and control all the visas applicants thoroughly.
• Make log book records of all kinds of visitors and report the GFC.
• ID badge control and mail/ package control by checking through X-Rey machine, isolation box and itemizer machine.
• Check visually, itemizer inspection and mirror inspection to the vehicles before allowing them to enter the premises.

• Receive various kinds of nationals and inter national’s calls and answering them.
• Receive incoming curriers and arrange distribution to concern person.
• Dispatch all national and international currier to the destinations.
• Up date the records of incoming and out going curriers and letters.
• Receive internal and external mail and response them.
• Arrange meeting for visitor to the staffs
• Check telephone and other bills.
• Keep staff’s attendance record.
