Fully handle the portfolio of the assigned clients, ensure proper feedbacks recorded in the system on each case
To have up to date information about the stage of the product / project the clients invested in and keep them informed on the development and progress of the Project, especially for construction milestone related receivables
Maintaining, updating and recording client’s contact details, passport copies/ID or other documentation by following up with the clients.
Handle client queries and complaints via face to face meetings, email and telecom, in effective manner
Handle the complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow on Sales and Purchase agreement (SPA) to be signed; Clarifying (SPA)questions/ clauses to the client
Following up with proper reminders, legal notices, and cancellation through Legal department (from DLD), if required
Arranging and recording documents and necessary paperwork for registration department for Oqood and Preregistration
Arranging site visits for the clients and updating them about construction progress.
Follow on the clients’ accounts, outstanding property instalments and property registration fees when applicable.
Recommend payment terms and time limits to new and existing clients.
Negotiate and communicate regarding payment decisions. Responsible to deal and resolve payment terms issues.
Providing clients with account details, liaising with accounts department to confirm if the money received and issuing payment receipts to the clients.
Handling any complain related to the project delay, penalties, lost SPA, transfer of property, Recovery- Transfer cases, fund transfer, area variation and snags
Sending quarterly updates and news-letters to clients via emails.
Lead generation via incoming calls.
Focus on quality customer service & emphasis on customer’s benefit.
Establishing & maintaining relations with new clients & retention of old ones.
Arranging the project site visits and accompanying clients to the project site to explain about the construction progress.
Resolve customer’s complaints within the stipulated turnaround time, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Accomplish sale contract Registration/termination at DLD.
Coordinating with Legal Department and Finance Department regarding necessary documentations, at various stages of Sale.
Timely invoicing and payment collections.
Searching and looking for new sale opportunities that also match company’s requirement.
Manage an individual portfolio of Owners to deliver TFG product where handover has taken place, acting as “Individual Account Manager.
Personally meeting TFG Owners and arranging site visits
Facilitate the collection of fees for Services, obtain the signature of owners as and when required and Liaise between owners and relevant teams to facilitate owner’s personal stays.
Support Handover of projects from construction through to opening and operation of Management Scheme (hotel apartments, furnished residencies, commercial property management).
Review, prepare and issue Sale contracts to Owners.
Handle Owners queries and complaints in a professional and knowledgeable manner via emails and phone.
Arranging IT provisions for meetings, booking meeting rooms, Working on CRM, Arranging stationery for the team, making Powerpoint presentations, Excel reports, Printing, scanning and binding documents, creating and maintaining Tenancy contracts, and Addendums etc.
Conducting walk-in interviews, job postings and employee offers. Planning, supervising and coordinating the activities related to employee compensation and employee relation, day to day running of the office including supply management, liaising with Managers. General administrative and office managerial tasks including filing, telephone answering, record keeping etc.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints, Providing information about their account balance and status, and assist them with the information about newly launched products. Manage and maintain existing and new accounts etc.
