-Provides advice and technical support to the government of Greece seeking to move towards the achievement of universal coverage in medicines through the development of equitable, sustainable and efficient mechanisms for procuring and financing medicines based on improved allocation of resources and the implementation of cost containment strategies, including the promotion of the use of generics, quality and efficiency in the provision of medicines;

ACHIEVEMENTS
-Reduced hospital operational expenditures from an average monthly figure of 4.9 million Euros to 3.15 million Euros within one year, while increasing market share in terms of patient visits by 13%.
-Led the team that secured 17 million Euros investment funds in facility improvements and new biomedical equipment through European Union Investment Programmes and private donations.
-Reduced the average waiting time between diagnosis and surgery for breast cancer patients from 63 days to 15.
-Developed the first free standing One Day Care Facility for oncology patients in Greece
-Led the team that performed the first e-procurement process in the Greek NHS.
