Task and responsibilities

Core Responsibility is to maintain operations of “Paperless Lab Works Pvt. Ltd”, that is a cost center of iVention BV(A Netherland based IT Company), engaged in the business of software designing, development, customization, implementation maintenance, testing and dealing in computer software and solutions. More ever to maintain continuous contact with the clients, complete the task well in time and also responsible for matters pertaining to MIS, Payroll, taxation, account, transfer pricing compliance and audit throughout the engagement.

In align with core responsibility following assignments are on floor:

Internal control designing for a transportation service provider - “Ajanta Transport Co. (Govt. transport contractor). With a large fleet of trucks, a wide network and trained human resources firm provides their services to leading fertilizer & chemical companies of India. Viz; GNFC, KRIBHCO and RCF.

Task assigned is to design intern control in one of the functional area of the firm called “RR Management”, i.e. Railway Receipt management, which includes clearing of material at railway yard, liaison with railways, uploading from rakes, stacking/de-stacking at railway platform, loading into trucks & timely deliver to the destination.

Operation Audit Assignment for salt production group - Kareswar Salt Works. Group produces 15k MT of row salt having 2.5 Cr in term of value on 500 acres of lease hold land in Kutch district and surrounding of Gujarat state. Firm producing quality edible salt for home and industry use.

Task assigned is to document each operational activities starting from “Matti kam, harvesting of salt, local government body taxes (vigoti), payment schedules of works & transpiration to clients of the firm.

Statutory audit, Tax audit, filling of direct/Indirect tax returns and certification.

Finance audit as per International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and other consultancy services.

Manage financial affairs, Inventory management, looking toward satisfaction of premium customers of various product of LG
