Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Regional Head of the Dept; achieving set targets within required deadlines.
• Stressing on customer relations; understanding their expectations about value and services; increase, maintain existing relationship to continually grow profitability & revenue.
• Planning and executing marketing strategies; attain targets specified by the management through increased business in Liabilities, Trade and Foreign Exchange products.
• Implementing sales and service initiatives for acquiring, growing and retaining customers; achieving committed targets.
• Adhering to standards on frequency and nature of customer contact; implementing cross-selling, relationship building and retention assisting activities.
• Promoting customer satisfaction and executing retention strategies through loyalty and relationship building activities.
• Ensuring formal training requirements; develop improved skills in people management and sales management.
• Supporting the development of SME through team work and information exchange.
• Ensuring all internal, external, legal, compliance and risk management requirement are met.
• Handled, customer’s portfolio; developing, maintaining positive relationships with existing customers through excellent customer service, interpersonal skills & courtesy visits.
• Devising, implementing new ideas to handle clients more professionally
• Ensuring achievement of target set by the Immediate line Manager; identify business opportunities for colleagues helping increase sales and for recommendation.
