Working over Cadwin, specially designed software use in Ship Building (Process Engineering (HULL) Department-).
Part shape definition checking and Make necessary modifications in parts of ship and give it to the Nesting team for NC data preparation and cutting.
Decide the edge preparation of different parts using W.P.S. for welding purpose.
Prepare the Repair Plans for the yard when required.
Preparing Remarking Plans.
Co-ordinating with Class(DNV/LR )& Owners for approvals when required.
Co-ordinating with Production department and Our Drawing suppliers in Korea.
Making out NC Data of each machine for plate cutting.
Distribution of cutting drawing to concern department.
Keep the record of cutting, scrap & balance material.
Pre nesting for plate procurement.
Monitoring and controlling the Departmental documents and supply.
Day to Day planning of men.
Prepare Welding length table with reference to drawing (Assembly, Sub-Assembly, Unit Assembly, Erection, and Pre-Erection) of different stage.
Handle All Production affairs of department and make trouble shouting for it.
Lead a team of 4 members of Part definition group.
Give departmental training to the new trainee
