This role is accountable to manage (ME&I) contract, to ensures that static & rotating equipment’s, piping & pipeline installation
on project sites in accordance with engineering & design specification basis, accomplish quality codes & standards requirements,
follow the vendor and latest revision of AFC Drawings throughout all piping construction & shutdown activities with HSE
procedures implementation/safe working environment in field up to MC and handover.
• To lead the M&P field construction activities carried out by EPC contractor and their Sub-contractors on project sites for ASP3 &
PPP and growth Well Pads project as per engineering work packs.
• To attend daily/weekly progress meeting as well as review weekly/monthly look ahead plan as submitted by sub-contractor and
expedite to contractor that how to achieve targeted milestones and project deliverable.
• To supervise Xmas Tree installation activities on well pad and co-ordinate with Geomatics (survey team), EPC contractor
(engineering & design team) and CWI/HOIST team regarding to set out orientation and site survey reports.
• To observe and report daily basis field constraints before time that impact on piping scope of work and sub-contractors work
front regarding constructability, engineering & design, civil, equipment, E&I and material issues/gape.
• Review, audit and approve sub-contractors’ technical documents, change orders, resolve technical queries (TQ’s), SI and
estimation proposals, material requisitions (MIV), method statements (MS), rigging studies and lifting planes.
• To provide technical assistance day to day Mechanical & Piping activities in fabrication yard and field as well as resolve technical
conflicts, interface issues with other discipline and sub-contractors.
• To raise observation/punch list of outstanding items during Pre-MC/Construction walk down before hydro testing and after reinstatement.
• To co-ordinate with Completion Lead/sub-contractor (GoCCMS Engineer) regarding Pre-MC punch list, ITR closing, MC tracker
updating and CRN generation if required. DAC & MCC signing and dossier review.
• To co-ordinate with Completion Lead to raise MC Walk down call email to all stakeholders, to review MC work pack & LEAD the
MC walk down of subject sub-system with CSU and sub-contractor.
• To co-ordinate with CSU team regarding MC punch list if any and Completion Lead for dossier construction review, DAC, MCC
signing and attend the construction & commissioning weekly/monthly look ahead meeting.

•Reporting technically to the Construction Manager and responsible for all technical issues related to my area.

•Ensure that proper Quality control is maintained for all the works being carried out at site.
•Process and resolve concession & deviation requests, non-conformities etc. from the Contractors.
•Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings with Contractors.
•Review, comment and approve the construction related deliverables submitted by Contractors, including procedures, method statements, ITPs etc.
•Review construction work plans, pre-task planning and method statements to ensure comprehensive safety and feasibility during Rotary, Static, Piping and crossing installation, gauging and systems completion activities.
•Supervision, Planning and implementation of all Mechanical activity in order to optimize construction within safety, legislative, environmental and company requirements.
•Coordinate for the fabrication of different piping system, installation and hydro testing(CS, LTCS, SS, Alloy Steel, IBR Piping)
•Familiar with the codes: ASME Section ll, IX, B31.3, B31.4, and API 650 codes, proficiency in Auto CAD for structural drawings, isometric and piping drawings.
•Execution overall on plot piping fabrication and erection works include identification of materials, coordination for the qualification of welders, inspection of site as per isometric, GAD and P&ID, fabrication of pipe spool, organize inspection of welding, coordination for the NDT, installation of piping, preparation of as built drawing and test pack, preparation of mechanical punch list, hydro testing, Flange Management and box up activities as per applicable codes, procedure and standards.
•To assist pre commissioning and commissioning activities of piping systems completed include flange joint leak test, air flushing, water flushing, nitrogen purging etc.
•Checking Bill of Material (Material Take Off) as per drawing for ensuring requirements are realistically quantified as per scope and budget and follow up the delivery of the project/construction materials.
•To supervise and monitor pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning activities of all plant / facility mechanical and piping system.
•Provide design and construction inputs and recommendations to incorporate provisions for and facilitate pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning work.
•Study the vendor manuals for monitoring the materials delivery and ensuring all inspection of material/equipment as per vendor specification
•Regularly review and monitor compliance with safe work systems and procedures.
•Manage direct supervision of works at site as per requirement.
•Provide necessary support in maintenance activities, including rotating/static equipment, piping, heat exchanger etc.

•Monitor contractor in setting up rotating equipment and auxiliary component, Power Plant Generator, Steam Turbines, Steam Generator, Waste Heat Recovery Boiler, Heat Exchanger, Centrifugal pumps, Cryogenic pumps, Oil Purifiers, Compressors and monitor the installation of Oil & Fuel supply and return piping system, air lines and water cooling system.
•Inspect site conditions prior to start of work activities and verify the compatibility of the site with designed work parameters.
•Coordinating with concern contractors at the Project & ensure the availability of required plant, Equipment & Materials as per schedule plan.
•Regular surveillance checking at site to ensure that all comments had appropriate corrective action such as: Verify the preservation requirements for anchor bolts during construction stage; Check the physical condition of anchor bolts and leveling of foundations before erection of equipment.
•Review the relevant project estimate to ensure the completeness of scope and correctness of construction input.
•Through the Materials Controller, monitor the shipping/delivery forecasts to ensure that the needs of the relevant project schedule are met.
•Develop transportation and lifting schedule from early project information and carry out classification in liaison with Construction Engineering Manager and the company's procedures. In conjunction with Construction Engineering Manager ensure that the company's resource requirements for Construction Engineering are incorporated into the site facilities.
•Develop Construction organization charts and manpower projection plans and maintain it throughout the project duration.
•Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Construction Manager.
•Check preservation status of equipment’s at site and storage area to ensure the requirements of client and vendor are done such as rust prevention to equipment, monitor the nitrogen purging requirements for vessels and compressors, rotation of shafting, oil filling and cleaning of equipment.
•Coordinated to other discipline e.g. civil, electrical, instrument and insulation for any related works such as clearing of any obstruction, area clearance, road access & handed over of works between each discipline.
•Prepared and issued site instruction to contractor for modification, rectification & field adjustment which is non-conformed with vendor supplied materials or discrepancies to other work category.
•Preservation works of Rotary Machine and static equipment: Rotary Machine, hand turning of shaft and oil filling for pumps, compressors, blowers and motors in accordance with manufacturer’s manual instruction and project specification. Static Equipment, Nitrogen filling for tanks, drums, reactors and heat exchangers base on required pressures to prevent rust.
