Key Function:
To actively support the HR and Training & Development function, accountable for all training and development and recruitment activities such as assessment centre, interviews, and induction of new joiners. The training specialist will focus on the creation and delivery of all cognitive and behavioral knowledge/capabilities training required for OSN. The training specialist will be able to identify training needs and present information, direct structured learning experiences, manage group discussions and group services and also be responsible for all development elements within the employee lifecycle.
