Operational and P&L responsible for Goltens Worldwide Group of companies, a company with 22 locations and approximately 1200 permanent employees worldwide. Goltens specialize in repair of marine and industrial 2 and 4 stroke diesel engines and is the only independent worldwide specialist repairer in this category with an international network that stretches over all continents.

Major achievements in the role as President Goltens Worldwide :
• Achieved the target of boosting Goltens Worldwide Trading and Products / Systems achievements by 50% versus 2006 actual.
• Developed feasibility studies, plans and Goltens Board Approval for new operations / facilities / expansions in Greece, UK, Dubai, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India, China, Japan, Vietnam and Philippines. These plans were implemented over the period 2007 - 2009.
• Achieved to grow the Goltens Group of companies and Goltens Middle East in particular with 250% in Sales and 300% in Operational Profit over 5 years from 2004 - 2009.
• Lead a successful strategic development of the Goltens Group network of companies by establishing new business units / representation offices and breaking into markets in Europe, the Middle East and ASIA from 2008 - 2012.
• Established and implemented a Goltens Group Core Business Strategy across all business units from 2010 -2012, with the objective to enhance market penetration and strengthen the Goltens brand. This continued into 2014.
• Negotiated lease agreement with Dubai government and constructed a state of the art and Goltens largest facility in Dubai - completed in May 2013.

Major achievements were: • Implementation of a new Goltens Worldwide organisation which included recruitment of senior management to implement succession planning and to enable group growth.
• Goltens Board Approval and implementation of new operations / facilities in Holland
• Achieved a further 20% growth in sales and profits in Middle East.

The target was also to grow out of the role as managing Director of Goltens Co. Ltd, Dubai Branch and find a successor. This was achieved at the end of 2006.
