responsibilities
1.In the basis of the latest scientific and technological achievements, advanced domestic and foreign experience in the design, construction and operation of facilities and the use of computer-aided design to develop separate sections (parts) of the project.
2. Participate in preparing briefs for the development of design solutions .
3. Participate in collection baseline data for the design, with technical questions on fixed sites throughout the period of construction design, commissioning and development facility design capacity .
4. Сoordinate design decisions with the design solutions in other areas of ( parts of the project).
5.Make patent research in order to ensure non-infringement of new design solutions and patentability.
6. Survey line development projects and technical documentation standards, specifications and other regulations for the design and construction, as well as instructions for their development .
7. Exercise supervision of construction of the Project Assets to advise on matters within the competence.
8. Participate in the analysis and synthesis of experience in the development and implementation of projects in construction and on this basis the feasibility of proposals Bake adjustments made general and fundamental design decisions.
9. Participate in the drafting of patent applications, the preparation of opinions and reviews for innovations, projects, standards, specifications and other regulations, in seminars and conferences.

• Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations.
• Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.
• Collect data relating to commercial and residential development, population, and power system interconnection to determine operating efficiency of electrical systems.

• Induct personnel performing particularly dangerous works and personnel working on new sites;
• Ensure work documentation and passports for all equipment are properly maintained;
• Organize planned preventive and corrective maintenance within operation period of electrical equipment;
• Control and coordinate activities of maintenance personnel servicing electrical equipment according to schedules of planned preventing maintenance and maintain electrical equipment in good operable condition according to controlling documents;
• To timely identify demands for spare parts and consumables and ensure that they are purchased;
• To perform quality control of preventive maintenance and repairs;
