Working as Sales Manager for Sawan K Motors Pvt Ltd, India from 22nd July 2013 till date. Looking after all works and process of the firm.
• Reporting of all Departments like (Sales, Accounts, Workshop and Body shop), customer satisfaction and complaints, liasoning with all insurance companies for early claim settlement and ensure timely delivery of vehicles. Under service area I take daily meeting with call center people for effective calling and check their calling script to ensure adequate footfall for service of vehicles and mechanical repair.
- Meeting with service advisor team along with service manager and workshop manager to understand the daily labour and repair billings and reason for low labour (if) and discuss about reason for any customer complaints if received.
• As far as sales is concerned I am responsible for car sales with model wise preparing marketing strategy with Sales Manager and sales staff in daily morning meeting to discuss the market plan, Previous day Sales report, customer walkin, test ride given and check feedback. Cross check with customer to authenticate employee visits to customers.
• I also look all Sales orders of All Hyundai Variants as per current stock.
• Looking and managing all complaints and satisfaction of customer’s in Sawan K Motors Pt Ltd.
• Checking daily enquiry given by HMIL and distribution of them with team leaders. Cooperation with banks for finance and exchange department for exchange of old cars. I plan monthly meets with Financers and bankers for healthy business relations. I also regular visits banks and DSA’s for business and to understand the market scenario and customer trend.
Working as Branch Manager for M/s India Info line Finance Ltd, a subsidiary if India info line Group, Since 14th October ’11, looking after all branch works which includes:
a) Preparation of Daily MIS and Reports to Zonal Office and query reply to corporate office.
b) Operations part includes Gold Loan Disbursements, Managing Register’s, Pledge forms and Gold Packets. Approval of loans and Documents. Responsible for Keys Management of Strong Rooms of branch and Cash Ledgers.
c) Solely Responsible for Sales of Third Party Products (Fixed Deposits, Insurance (ICICI PRU), MF, Lap Mortgages, and Medical Equipment Finance and NCD’s).
d) Reporting of 2 Relationship Manager’s, deciding their market strategy and tracking daily call reports.
e) Everyday check Key register, Password register and maintain the records.
f) All Gold advances are physically checked and signed by me after initial approval by counter staff.
g) Physically tally cash and cross tally with denomination and cash vault register.
h) Maintain GL Scroll, pack the GL Packets cross tally with scroll and put it in safe custody i.e Strong room.
i) Daily check on CCE registers like ARR register, Conversion Register, Prospects notebook, Insurance and Ad Registers.
j) Follow up on Audit Irregularities and follow up to clear the same and respond on time. Ensure reply of Central office entries and verify all A/c entries, expenses and vouchers.
While working in this group I have the exposure to various third party products also like MF’s, Medical Equipment Finance, LAP, HL, Gold Coins, Gold Loans etc.
