a. To lead and drive the project team.
b. Plan, schedule and manage all aspect of project from concept through tender, construction and to completion.
c. To take full accountability for the deliverables of the roject including time, quality and cost.
d. Deliver updates of progress and development of other project and to report it directly to BOD
e. Act as liaison person and point of contract for office general administration matters, vendors and building landlords.
f. Coordinate with related parties/department to ensure on time store opening, budget and quality.
g. Train, appraise and monitor all employee, vendors, consultants under the project management department.
a. Manage teams (team as in contractors, civil and M&E engineers, and others)
b. Effectively apply the standard of good work method and project execution.
c. Monitoring of construction programs, review and comment on report by consultant and
contractors, and ensure timely reporting.
d. Manage tender process of various package and ensure timely implementation of contractors and
sub-contractors.
e. Manage performance of consultant and contractors as per scope of work and contractual
obligations.
f. Main interface with building occupants and landlord as applicable.
g. Ensure correctness and completeness of payment application by contractors and consultants
