Transmitters, RTDs.
Job Responsibilities: (Administrative)
• Maintain record of area as per ISO Standards 9001 & 14001
• Maintain balance of spares for field instruments, Telecom Network and (LAN) Local area
• Network / (WAN) Wide area Network
• Complete area check lists as per ISO Standards
• Arrange Drawing and Tools in case of Fault conditions
• Lead and supervise team during shutdown and fault conditions
Major Roles & Responsibilities (Technical):
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Digital Telephone Exchange (Siemens) Model .High path 3750 having with Digital trunk Card, SLA 24 N Intercom card, Mobile routers and Wan Routers
• Maintenance of Instruments installed at the 12 MW Bio gas power plants (GE)
• Instrument maintenance of 12 MW steam condensing turbine power plant
• Instrument maintenance of 14 MW steam back pressure turbine power plant
• Vibration test for all Motors/Equipment installed
• Installation, Maintenance and Calibration of Digital Flow tubes along with Totalize
• Preparation of daily steam / energy report
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of instruments at Effluent Treatment Plant for Bio Gas generation
• Calibration of 100 Tons capacity weighbridge and maintenance of load cells of Avery
Sales, Services and Maintenance of all type Electronics Home Appliances.
