Perform review of customers completed documentation in the form of scanned ATL’s and work packages to ensure that all information is accurate, valid, complete and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Reviewing AMOS & STREAM to confirm all information and maintenance data is acceptable and appropriate. Communicate with contracted Part 145 organisations to amend any discrepancies with recorded data. Generate and send daily reports to the customer providing status on missing logs
Ensure the update, security and integrity of all technical records is accomplished with the original documentation completed and dispatched to the Customer for their records in a timely manner. Generation of work packages for Line & Base maintenance and final review of completed work packages before sending to customer. Assisting CSM’s (Customer Support Managers) with all requests from clients. Monitor status of work orders, ensuring completion as planned and swift return of completed documentation. Producing defect cards as required and the closure of job cards on the system to ensure real-time progress is updated on Quantum
Assisting CMG (Configuration Management Group) with the mapping of allowable parts fitted to the EK fleets consisting of (A380 / B777 / A340 / A330). Create models that present an up to date reflection of the EK fleets and revise current models which can then be used for hand-back purposes and future aircraft delivered into the company. Aircraft model configuration generation & mapping, historical mapping and cross referencing of installed components
Data clean up and troubleshooting between OASES and AMOS system
Issue and update short term maintenance plan
Monitor a/c maintenance status and assist in all work arising as reqd for those tasks that would impact the schedule
Assemble & distribute work packages for scheduled maintenance
Assisting external customers with trouble-shooting solutions
Compiling comprehensive reports for end of lease aircraft including airframe and appliance lists.
Specialising in damage repair mapping and reports,
Strong interaction with other departments and lessors
Utilisation of extensive Tech records knowledge
Raising and issuing of work packs for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inputs
Data input of all maintenance events onto KPFW system
Management of all Technical Records
Strong interaction with the Kuwaiti Police & Engineers regarding technical issues
Scrutinise & clear completed work packages to ensure they are correct and record the data accordingly. Daily input of aircraft technical logs into the engineering control system (OASES). Investigate component change mismatches and consequently rectify any issues. Production of monthly Engine and APU utilisation reports
Responsible for printing of bank & credit card statements for UK and Overseas customers
