Register incoming claims received by post, email and fax to ensure that daily
clear to zero targets are achieved.
- Data enter incoming claims to optimize claims adjudication and ensuring
departmental SLA’s are achieved.
- Collate and post claims letter in order to provide clients with notification of
their claims.
- Maintain accurate filing records in a manner that allows files to be located
quickly thereby ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with efficiently.
- Resend unsuccessful emails ensuring Customers are notified of the status of
their claims.

- Run daily report on duplicate payment to ensure company objectives on cost containment are achieved.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Claims Department to ensure clear to zero targets are achieved.
- Handle the issuance of the Cheques accordingly.
Handle the operations of Media Exchange, including monitoring all incoming video feeds from News5 field Teams via ENG Vans, SNG or FTP, Foreign News Wire Services and contributed materials and for ingesting. And also be responsible for purging videos files.
The Media Asset Management Project Staff (assigned to Ingest and and Video Quality Check Monitoring Project) is in charge of ingestion, digital conversion, quality monitoring of videos, and ensures that discrepancies of videos in the Media Asset Management System are reported.
