• Perform site inspections in handling safety of the people, property and environment on the engineering areas where the firm operates.
• Conduct toolbox talks on regular basis and ensure that Permit to Work system is duly filled and maintained.
• Report and advise management and employees on matters relating to Health, Safety and Environment.
Job Description:
*Management of the site on a day-to-day basis, that includes supervising and monitoring of the site labor force and the work of sub-contractors.
*Overseeing quality control, health and safety on site.
*Checking, understanding and executing plans and technical drawings.
* Overseeing the selection of materials to ensure that all the materials used are according to specifications.
* Perform technical, supervisory and organizational role on construction projects.
• Attend clarificatory meetings to the business owner on the details of contract.
• Prepare bills of materials and scope of works that meets legal and quality requirements.
• Manage cost of materials and labor relating to landscaping projects.
