To provide support to the recruitment team to resource, qualify and perform candidates’ management and database maintenance.
Main Responsibilities
Effectively use of appropriate media to research niche market
Network and develop relationships with candidates
Work alongside Business Development to develop productive relationships
Deal with vacancies and client requirements in a timely manner
Source and qualify candidates establishing motivation, requirements and abilities
Conduct 1st stage competency interviews by phone
Use effective questioning techniques with candidates to qualify and gather information
Manage the quantity and quality of CVs as per the recruiting manager’s request, inclusive of front sheet preparation for all submitting candidates.
Ensure HR is provided with all necessary compliancy documents and forms for new starters
Log new data and update business systems regarding clients and candidates
Develop and use effective marketing and advertising material - e-shots, emails and other direct marketing tools etc
Take references
Monitor and manage advert responses appropriately
Generate leads for the team through media research and canvassing
Achieve targets set by management in terms of KPIs etc.
Send out relevant correspondence and contract information
Assist administration on the timely sending and chasing of invoices
Comply with company controls and policies around data, systems and professional conduct
