All post contract works related to 110 villas project including claim evaluations, variations, negotiations for cost control, cost reporting, tender evaluations etc.,
In the Tendering process active involvement in Pre-Contract activities such as Preparation of Preliminary Estimates and Cost Plans, preparation of complete set of Bill of Quantities and Tender & Contract Documents, attending tender queries & follow-ups and evaluation of tenders. Also involved in post-contract work such as checking of Contractor’s Progress Claims and Preparing Payment Certificates, checking Contractors Variation Claims, preparation of Variation Orders etc.,
Actively involved in the preparation of priced estimates (construction, manpower, equipment and material procurement), preparation of Labour Contracts, Budgets, attending tender queries & follow-ups. Preparing enquiries for material procurement, reviewing the subcontractors’ quotations etc.,
Preparing estimates for all construction / maintenance works
Estimation of various projects - flats, villas, factories, cold storages, Commercial buildings, shops, hospitals, churches, clubs, etc.
Estimation of group of residential flats, villas and Commercial buildings
• Special training given in engineering drawing and land survey
• All subjects in civil engineering (KGCE -2 year syllabus-KERALA BOARD, INDIA)
