 Work with both internal staff and external customers to resolve issues with invoice processing and accounting
 Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for payables processing. Identify and Implement both system and process improvements
 Supervise reconciliation of accounts payable sub ledger to the general ledger and other accounts as assigned. Ensure account reconciliation's are performed monthly, and reconciling items are resolved on a timely basis
 Supervise weekly balancing of Accrued Receipts in the Manufacturing System
 Supervise preparation, documentation & distribution of payroll, taxes & benefit payments
