 Develop level 1 program for initial planning stage in coordination with the project manager’s strategy in executing the project.
 Develop detailed project schedule in line with the project manager’s work strategy and assigning the relevant resources
 Develop internal schedule for the operation team
 Develop standalone program for thoroughly tracks critical activities.
 Develop standalone monitoring program for more detailed engineering works, procurement and delivery of materials. Complete with planned submittal dates, procurement dates and delivery dates. This effectively monitors specially the long lead items.
 Review and completely understand the scope of work, contractual condition, construction milestone and bill of quantity.
 Evaluate subcontractor’s proposed work schedule and delivery dates
 Evaluate and analyze documents for possible extension of time claim
 Prepare extension of time claim including all necessary supporting documents
 Report to project manager for any variance between the actual work on site and the project baseline schedule
 Inform and update the project manager and procurement manager for any critical status on the delivery of materials.
 Attend project progress meeting for coordination and progress update.
 Highlight possible and cause of delay on site
 Provide weekly and monthly progress report

 Monitor and update daily construction report
 Monitor and update work progress on site and report to project manager for any variance between the actual work on site and the project baseline schedule

 Provide weekly and monthly progress report.
