Responsible for providing administrative support to the Chairman & Vice Chairman ensuring their office operates effectively and efficiently.
• Ensuring discretion is maintained all times while representing Vice Chairman's office, handling confidential information and maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Managing Vice Chairman's Office, maintaining alerts and reminders for meetings, preparing research, reports as and when required. Attending diary & meeting management; email management. Managing schedule, communications, and day- to-day activities.

• Acting as first point of contact for Vice Chairman.

and following up appropriately.

products for his home and personal utilization.

• Contacting various fragrance suppliers on daily basis for new
samples, submissions, complaints
