• Involved in the Landscape team that formulates Master Planning & Design which considers both local and international standards at the same time complies with the design criteria approved by the client.
• Landscape Architect-in-charge for project coordination and documentation.
• Works with Project managers to oversee and direct a project’s progression. Ensuring that projects are completed within the determined time frame, within the constraints of the budget, and with sufficient staffing.
• Provides monthly progress report for each project that will aid the project managers on site as their basis of accomplishment.
• Attends regular site visit and Design Coordination meetings

• Site Planning I Preparation of Conceptual Site Development Plan.
• Conduct ocular inspection, site social & physical features, topography, and traffic circulation.

• Prepares schedule and supervises production & submission of Concept Design Drawing up to Shop drawing to meet the timetable required by the project.
• Coordinates with BIM specialist to formulate Design adjustments based on clash analysis report affecting the original design.
• Participates in coordination meetings with external parties that has design impact on the project.
•Architectural and Landscape designing with specifications for projects that requires design modification or new concept and idea which the will be presented to clients for approval.
•Prepares schedule of shop drawing production & submission to meet the timetable required on different projects.
•Supervises and provides detail shop drawings for consultant’s comments & approval.
•Anticipates & Coordinates design issues to Consultants, Contractors, & different departments within the company that will affect the execution program on site.
•Creates weekly report regarding status, shop drawing logs of all forecasted and on-going projects for management monitoring and evaluation.
•Assists in procurement requirements to finalize order and materials.
•Supervises draftsmen and coordinates with project managers of different projects for completion of as-built requirements prior to handing over.
•Creates simple presentation such as pre-qualification profile, 3d presentation for more clear visualization and site plan rendering using Photoshop, 3dmax and Revit Architecture.
•Provides material estimation and specification that will aid the estimation and quantification team.
•Provides monthly progress report for each project that will aid the project managers on site as their basis of accomplishment.
•Provides assistance to Water feature department by translating concepts to formal design that will be presented for approval and be the basis of all MEP drawings.
•Gathers and Acquire design requirements directly from clients.
•Prepares Schematic & Design Drawings with 3d perspectives for client’s approval.
•Responsible for preparation of all architectural Shop drawings for site use & coordinates with structural, plumbing, and electrical engineers for the consolidation of all required design drawings for building permit application.
•Prepares material estimates and specifications.
•Material preparation and canvassing for client’s use and selection.
•Regular site supervision to ensure quality of work is executed as per specifications.
•Architectural / Structural coordinator, dealing with consultants of different fields. Dictates the design criteria and Schedules / deadlines needed for the project.

•Finalizes material specifications based on consultant’s design and make presentation for their approval prior to procurement.
