Contractual/Commercial representative for the Contracts in Dubai Region and directly reports to the Commercial Director.
Providing techno-commercial leadership for construction project quantity surveying, key project indicators
Keen monitoring of change control procedures within the projects and ensures timely agreement of variations, claims and final accounts.
Negotiate, administer, manage and execute all Subcontracts including Subcontract negotiations, subcontract documentation, subcontract administration, commercial management, etc.
Ensure adherence to the organization’s policies, systems, processes and procedures.
Develop procedures in order to ensure reliable Quantity Surveying methodologies, commercial and contractual practices are in place.
Effectively process, administer and manage contract administration procedures.
Coordinates with other department to discuss and finalize all relevant commercial and contractual issues.
Provide internal Project teams with expert Quantity Surveying, commercial and contractual advice to ensure that the projects attain their contractual and commercial objectives.
Effectively administers and manage various Contracts in close coordination with the engineers, consultants, Subcontractors and Employer’s stakeholders.
Submission, Administration and manage change orders (including variations, claims and extension of time) and advise on commercial and contractual impact.
Initiate the issuance of notification letters, respond to correspondences with contractual and commercial impact
Monitoring progress of Commercial and Contractual operations and effective decision making
• Responsible for:
o Providing techno-commercial leadership for construction project quantity surveying, key project indicators
o Submission of interim valuation, variations, final accounts
o Initiating and ensure Contractual mechanism as conditions precedent.
o Agreeing and concluding the evaluations of Engineer’s/Employer’s under provisions of Contract.

o Cost to Complete Budget
o Interim and final account statements
o Subcontract Agreements
• Looking after accurate pricing and rating of variations
• Procurement of Subcontracts in line with the project constraints.
• Interacting with sub-contractors & Suppliers; maintaining sub-contractors liabilities
• Developing payment certificates to sub-contractors as well as maintaining quality and accurate records

Tactfully manage the preparation of cost report and submission to Senior Management. Assisting Supply chain, manpower schedules, document/drawing deliverable log, procurement control log, Bill certification for the work done by the sub-contractors, project accrual report preparation(weekly & Monthly).
