 Repair and maintain all computers, printers and network components
 Setup and maintain the new broad band system in coordination with Department Head
 Ensuring smooth running of network system (Windows and Linux)
 Install and update software whenever necessary
 Perform periodic backups of important data and email
 Ensure smooth running of all email system (Internal Email Server and External)
 Provide technical support with regard to the use of computers to the staff
 Train office staff in the use of programs/computers on request
 Check and update anti virus software when necessary
 Liaise with local vendors and ISPs
 Assist in production of brochures and newsletters
 Support other departments when necessary
 Supply/Procure IT materials as per the need of the organization
 Check the payments of the IT related supplies and provide all the bills to the Finance Manager
 Assist/Carry out other tasks as when required and assigned by Computer and Information System Manager
