Over all in-charge for the 132/33kV GIS Substation for Joint operation at Al Warfa area of MEW project. Lead from fron for Civil Engineering coordination and construction, erection and energization.
Responsible for all site activities including site engineering coordination between all disciplines like electrical, mechanical, civil defense and civil engineering. Managing the authority regulations with respect to the project requirement. Attending regular meeting with regulatory departments, client, consultant, supplier and contractor. Updating the status of the project plan with the planning engineer. Responsible for all monthly invoices certification from client and for contractor for maintain the cash-flow. Reporting to the client and management with regards to the scope changes if project needs.
