Responsibilities and Achievements (NEW SRU, COKAR, VGO plant project, commissioning & Maintance) Capable of handling all kind of online instruments Trouble shooting .Basically jobs involves is to loop-checking, marshalling and system cabinet panel wiring, fault finding from field instrument to DCS. Carried out calibration of Flow/Temp/Level/Press. Field bus(FF) Transmitters . Also carried out the calibration and stroke checking of control valves

Daily attending Instrument Installations inspection. Witness calibration works of all types of Pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature Transmitters, Control Valves, Switches, Fire and Gas, Analyzers Instrument etc. review, sign and submit Inspections and test plans for wiring Termination Inspections, Impulse line and signal air tubing leak testing, Installations of all Instruments. Review of all loop folders. Involved in loop-checking and pre-commissioning activities. installation works into field and punch listing. Witnessed and accepts final loop test of control valves, pressure transmitter, FT, TT. LT & system level check
