TA provides services to other financial companies, which are known as management companies. The service, provide can include a multitude of tasks, including new applications through providing the managers report. It performs investors a record keeping and client servicing functions for collective investment schemes, pensions, and structured equity products. We carry financial products: open ended investment company, unit trust, individual saving account (cash, stocks and shares), child trust fund. TA has three main domain dealing, register services and treasury.
Process Description
Reconciliation of Client data through the SIBEL, MSAT and MDH application.
Customer Bill Management through CISOV and USAGE application.
Providing the back up to the Client.
Quality checking for the end Order Management Report.
Regular interaction with the Client via email & phone.
