• Managing the entire HR functions and end to end Recruitment of the organisation.

• Formulation of recruitment strategies in low budgets
• Sourcing quality candidate’s profiles through various modes including Job postings, Job Portals, Internally through Employee Referrals, Consultants, Job Fairs.
• Doing reference checks, salary fitments & negotiations
• Partnering with project managers to identify key recruiting needs and support them in terms of hiring.
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle for Kochi operations. Managing a team of 3 members
