Role: Based out of their head office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, responsible for Implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP solution for 21 legal entities spread over in 10 Countries worldwide.
Job Description
• Implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud application - end to end processes for AIMS Group of companies.
• Designed, developed, and streamlined the processes for Finance, Human Resources and Sales Departments that resulted in increasing the efficiency of the workforce by over 60%.
• Designed and configured Global COA structure for the company in the most suitable way to generate standard reports at various levels that are required for internal and statutory reporting purposes.
• Managed preparation of the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting for P & L and cash flow in accordance with Group reporting requirements and International Accounting Standards.
• Preparation of quarterly rolling cash flow forecast based on sales projections.
• Provide regular financial analysis and advice to support strategic decision-making.
• Formulating the budgets & forecasts and monthly GP analysis of actual results against the budget.
• Ensure the adequacy of the internal financial controls and recommend changes in consultation with the Finance Director to achieve the financial objectives.
• Assist the Financial Director to manage Banking relationships of the Group comprising over 60 bank accounts in the Middle East region,
• Managed Banking functions related to Letter of Credits, Guarantees, Trust Receipts, Bills discounting, Over drafts etc.,
• Manage quarterly VAT returns for the Group, UAE Corporate Tax, tax planning and related compliance.
• Managing Finance & Accounts Team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the team is delivering high-quality output.
