• Collate, analyze and verify daily and weekly factory data and present in report format to the Planning Manager.

• Preparation of BOM for project and checking the special requirements required for materials as per clients specs.
• Involvement in material ordering and purchase and checking availability of components, purchase items and material. Issued shop orders as per schedule of end items and manufacturing parts.
• Placed Purchase orders with suppliers and did follow up to ensure Purchase Orders were received and were on time per delivery date.
• Expedited Past Due Purchase Orders and reviewed Sales Orders and worked with Sales Department on ship dates
• Reviewed Material Transfers, Pick Sheets and Partial/Closed Shop Orders to ensure correct quantities.
• Analyzed bill of material structures to ensure accuracy and review Engineering Change Notices and advised Production Departments of changes.
• Attending weekly Production Scheduling Meeting on progress and backlogs
• B-Tech in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from MVJ COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (MVJ), Bangalore.
