• Acceptance and scrutiny of all categories of Visa applications and all type of Passport and Travel Documents and upload the data into the System. Providing high quality customer relationship at the application centre through imparted soft skills training in courtesy and customer service on an ongoing basis.
• Laising with Diplomatic Missions to receive and understand updates, and conduct refresher courses both on need basis as well as per regular calendar. In particular, module emphasizes on how to adhere to the visa category-wise checklists, and how to recognize the supporting documents expected by the Mission
• Managing Information dissemination through e-mail and call centre helplines, collection and remittance of fees, data reconciliation and appointment scheduling and overall maintenance of quality parameters.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and with the performance standards set by client governments.
• Ensure security of information within business processes, and quality and process improvement measures to ascertain all operations are ISO compliant.
• Comply with IT security and data protection requirements, Ensure high performance levels and business continuity at all times.
• Responsible for achieving compliance with the relevant international standards in collection of Biometric data, and then encrypted and sent securely to our clients for their consideration as part of the end-to-end application process.
• Comply and Ensure the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) is followed in entire lifecycle of an application process
• Ensuring complete confidentiality of data by monitoring timely data purge
• Knowledge Of User Id Management Process, UAT, Cash handling Process, Cash Certification
• Coordination with IT Department for any IT related issues - User Ids, Application Software
• Preparing Daily Application Report, VAS sales report, Daily cash tally of remittance at the centre and allocating appointments to the applicants.
• Indenting & receiving the shipments and finally dispatching the same to the implant locations of other GCC countries.
• Preparing invoices and daily shipment way bills and dispatching them to other office locations in GCC on a regular basis.
• Managing & supporting new business implementations and project rollouts.
