• End to End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Planning and preparing MPR, Posting Advertisements, Sourcing, Telephonic interview, video call interview, Face-to-Face interview, Offer Letters, On-boarding formalities etc.
• Budgeting- Manpower Budgeting, HR budgeting for the year.
• Administration of Visa Processing.
• Induction & Orientation - Coordinate new employee meetings with the concern department head, prepare induction kits, respond to employee queries and assist in their concerns & arranging for their orientation programme.
• Probation confirmation - Coordinating for probation confirmation of new employees up on their due date.
• Monitoring of Visa Renewals- Create date wise database for contract / visa renewals. Send the renewal request to the concerned HOD three months before the due date. Ensure getting contracts and visa renewals.
• Prepares Monthly Head Office staff reports for HOD.
• Leaves & Attendance maintenance of employees on the HRIS
• UAE & Overseas Payroll administration
• Documentation - Maintain and update personal information of employees on the organization's Oracle software (Orion).
• Counselling & Grievance Handling- Solving Staff complains & grievance.
• Separation & Termination - Ensure easy release of an employee in case of resignation and termination, keeping in line with the company rules and regulations and UAE federal law. Visa cancellations for the exiting staffs.
• Letters - Issuing various certificates as per the terms & conditions of the employment like NOC, Salary certificate, transfer letter, experience letter, relieving letter, warning letters & other internal memo's.
• Preparation of Service Manuals, Employee Handbook, HR and Corporate Policies
• Responding to all queries through face-to-face meetings, emails and phone calls.

• Reduced cost for the company by introducing different HR strategies.
• Closed the position of a Sales Manager within 2 weeks of my joining the company.
