Handles the daily operations of the HR department. Prepares job advertisements, screens and shortlists CVs and conducts personal and face to face interviews for various positions. Manages the onboarding process and hotel orientation. Ensures proper filing system for personnel records and files pertaining to performance, conduct, training, attendance, etc. Keeps track of staff leave credits and handles leave arrangements such as ticket bookings, airport transfers, etc. . Provide assistance to staff on their issues, concerns and requests.
