Job Profile
• Basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests etc.
• Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
• Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers.
• Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received.
• Maintain and developing external party relationships.
• Preparing reports on the activities of the customer services department (Job register, Quotation sheet, Invoice sheet)
• Efficiently dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
• Working on the costing, preparation of quotation, submission to the client, negotiation, finalizing the deal, instructing operation on the job, coordinating between client & operation. Instruction to the accounts to raise the bill, summiting to the client, upon payment due following up for the payment.
• Handling trading enquiry’s & supplying materials to clients (materials like; CLG’s, lashing materials, lifting materials, wood, Honey comb boxes)
• Handling Vessel Delivery’s.
• Rendering useful administrative support to other customer service & sales team.
Job Profile
• Attending client’s enquiry for the shipment.
• Instructing transporters for the container pick & drop routing.
• Preparation of clients & transporters statement.
• Keeping track of load list.
• Following up vessel ETA & ETD, transit and routing.
• Instructing staff for the collection of B/L’s, D/O’s.
• Managing of individual Personnel files.
• Preparing shipping and transport invoices.
• Attending telephonic calls
• Payments for office miscellaneous supplies.
• Keeping records for Electricity & water
• Preparing WPS Salary’s and commissions of all the employees.
• All other office relevant duties.
Job Profile
• Checking and maintaining records of Invoices and Stock lists.
• Preparing necessary documents required for shipment releases.
• Cash Reconciliation
• Fully in-charge of all sales related matters.
• Creating new files and regularly organizing the department filing system to ensure that it is user friendly.
• Regularly providing general office administrative assistance to all seniors in the sections.
