Currently my Job Profile is guiding my Team and simultaneously doing below process for my Branch - Bhiwandi.
 To scrutinize the mandatory documents while receipting of
New Business application, Processing Vendor Invoice &
Payments, Revival of Policies; and further follow up for
issuance of the Policy
 Work as an Acting Team Leader thereby managing
the work flow & delivery with high level of accuracy as
per audit rules within the defined TAT.
 Manage Vendor Billing & Payment by coordinating &
processing their bills and invoices & further raising their
payments for the product supplied & services rendered by
them.
 Regular coordination with the Channel Partners,
Associates, Banks, External Clients, Various internal
depts in Head Office & related Parties for various
issues. Handling their queries or complains and
initiating corrective actions thereby maintaining Client
relationships
 Policy servicing which includes Surrender, Withdrawal,
Fund Transfer, Addition / Deletion of Rider, Etc of policies.
 Petty Cash management including payment of
expenses incurred through petty cash and proper
record keeping & processing said bills.
 Managing & Organizing all Logistics during events/
meetings & managing other a/cs & administrative activities.
 Banking of cash and cheque as per defined process
& Bank reconciliation through proper coordination.
 Handling work of Customer Servicing in respect of
Request, Queries and Complaint.
 Analyze & compile various data for various MIS &
support the Senior Management to monitor the
performance & progress of the business.
 Perform all activities as per regulatory norms of
Compliance, for eg. Anti money laundering norms.
Manage financial control in accordance with statutory
requirements, corporate policies and procedures.
