Project execution Installation, Construction, Supervision & Management, Witnessing Of SAT, Pre Commissioning & Commissioning. Review and Approval of Design and Construction Documents, Material Submittals, Method Statements, RISK Assessments, Stakeholder Management, Progress Monitoring, Cost Control and Change Order Management. Experience in coordination of material inspection activities of electrical and instrumentation commodities such as GIS, Switchgears, Cables, Capacitor Banks, Shunt Reactors, Switch yards, Gantry Area, Transformers, MCC, instruments etc. Experience in FAT and able to evaluate Factory Acceptance Test and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards related to packaged units instrumentation such as, Distributed Control System (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, Remote Terminal Unit, and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems.Responsible for Commissioning Procedures, Method Statement, Risk Assessments and Micro plan Review, Comments & Approval. Carrying Out Daily Inspection of all works including Construction, pre commissioning & commissioning and sign off the relevant part of the Contractor’s RFI’s in a timely manners. Attending Commissioning Readiness Reviews Meetings (CRRM) & Commissioning Readiness Review Tracker (CRRT). Raising NCR’s & PON’s in a timely manner. Ensure compliance to Safety/Environment standards of Client and all Standards covered in the Technical Specification for Electrical Equipment during Project Execution at Site. Ensure Monitoring, Site Supervision and recording of overall Erection progress of the Contractor’s electrical work of Electrical equipment’s like Extra High Voltage / High Voltage / Medium Voltage /Low Voltage GIS, Switch Gears, Motors, Machine Control Centers, Generators, Capacitor Banks, Power Transformers, Shunt Reactors Cable laying & terminations as per contract technical specification & standards. Ensure that the quality and quantity of the Electrical supplies are in accordance with Contract Specification. Ensure Electrical erection is done as per documented procedure & protocol. Supervision and Witnessing of all Pre Commissioning & Commissioning Activities of Electrical Equipment’s (EHV, HV, MV & LV). Responsible for Review & Approval of Document Submittals for Pre Commissioning and Commissioning Procedures. To solve the problem at the time of Pre Commissioning & during all stage of project implementation. Responsible for the Approval of all Electrical Equipment’s Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) & Test certificates. Ensure Site Acceptance tests are done as per agreed protocol & standard safe procedure. Responsible for the Approval of Request For Inspections, Final Walk Downs and Turnover To Commissioning. To conduct joint inspections for Physical Completion with Contractor / Proponent Representative - Operation & Maintenance Engineer & Punch Lists are prepared with category Major/Minor Punch Points. Ensure Contractor closes all Major Category points before cold commissioning & takes plan to close Minor Category deficiency points. Ensure readiness for the final commissioning of all Electrical Systems.
