To do an engineering and operability study on a running plant.
*Evaluate existing process and production system and come out with a proposal/ strategy of being able to meet the extended operation life.
*Perform equipment adequacy checks based on the current operating parameters and potential future modifications.
*Perform optimization studies for various process equipments.
*Carry out HAZOP/ HAZID/ Risk assessment.
*Excellent leadership skills, with capability of independent decision making with respect to my areas of work.
*Good experience in design & Operation of various process equipment/ systems,
*sound application knowledge of various international codes and practices like API, ASME, etc.
*Support field re-development project teams in steam and hot water injection technologies, water treatment for boilers, engineering for steam or hot water boilers and their auxiliary equipment. Analyze existing facilities and propose heat process improvements.
*Coordinate data management for activities.
*Participate in technical reviews, assessments and audits.
*Prepare and update audit and project reports in the field of expertise.
