ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

 Working as a Quality Analyst resource which involves review and analysis of work done by team members, providing them feedback and day end reporting to management.

WORK EXPERIENCE:-(July’2010 Till Date)

 Having experience of transition for two different process BT AML and Dispute & Chargeback
 Working with a division of Credit/Debit Cards Disputes and Chargeback Process in Genpact, travelled onshore (Sydney) for “Knowledge Transfer ” as well recently.
 Have been part of BT-AML Project Pilot batch and went Onshore for “On the Job Training” to Sydney, Australia
 Worked with RBB Project( Westpac Bank )since its inception and mentored newly joined team members to come up from their learning curves.


PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS & ACCREDITATION:-

 Have been a part of the Pilot batch for (RBB) Westpac Bank, BT AML PROJECT and Debit/Card Dispute business in Genpact, wherein I have demonstrated organizational values and work ethics as a strong team member.
 Have been awarded “BRONZE AWARD” for exemplary performance in BT AML PROJECT and being consistent on quality month on month recently.
 Awarded “BRONZE AWARD “for excellent work in RBB project.
