1. Research, develop and implement a brand and communication strategy.
2. Penetrate new markets for generation of new business leads.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper messaging of company beliefs and service offerings.
4. Identify potential markets through market intelligence initiatives to generate more business opportunities for the company.
5. Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on the status of prioritized marketing and communication activities both historical and forward looking and providing to DGM.
6. Contribute to the total effectiveness of the department by solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive engaged team member.
7. Assist on managing and generating all technical product information to be applied to all aspects of marketing.
8. Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
9. Contribute in preparing a range of promotional material to offer to the distribution network.
10. Able to travel throughout sales territory to introduce the company and the business to new customers or potential clients as and when needed.
11. Able to respond to functional and technical elements of Air conditioners from the customers.
12. Make regular contact with all major customers for sorting out any queries etc.
13. Discuss with the customers the details of sales proposals and negotiate with them to ensure higher chance of closing the deal.
14. Receiving and reviewing customer sales inquiries to establish clarity on their requirements.
15. Issue of Performa invoices and sales orders, for all export dealers and OEM’s.
16. Making sure that the customer is aware of his performance v/s his forecasts.
17. Able to convey customer requirements to production department through sales orders.
18. Follow up with customer for payments (any mode)
19. Follow up with order planning department for status of the sales proposals to meet the target date set for delivery of products.
20. Follow up with finance for shipment documents.
21. Document and File records/registers and data management
22. Organizing files as per the department filing plan for easy traceability.
23. Preparing documents/files.
- Identify potential clients through prospecting, telemarketing, sales database management, and CRM.
- Call on potential clients by phone plus in person to present company products services.
- Develop maintain referring relationships with partners.
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity sales targets.
- Record sales activity as well as results completes weekly activity reports.
- Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork for new clients the successful processing of the initial payroll.
- Work closely with client services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
