• Ensure all required documents and details are available with application submitted
• Verify company details/property details bank guarantee & authorized signature)
• Enter required data in the CRM system in order to create new record.
• Ensure the accuracy of all activities and information pertaining to the Business Partners.
• Process and receive payment along with the required documents.
• Aware customer of any penalty or violation and the necessary actions against it.
• Offer any supported documents such as ban letters
• Follow up with customer in case of rejected applications due to missing documents.
• Provide daily reports for daily transactions.
• Accountable for reconciliation of the payments and submission to the central finance.
• Familiar with the Quality Manual, Quality Operating Procedures and Quality Work Instructions relevant to the department.
