Duties:
• Secretary of the Management Committee (attend Committee meetings and take notes in the meetings besides follow up all issues with all managers and all departments .
• Screen telephone and personal callers.
• Make and record appointments.
• Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, switchboards and computers.
• File correspondence and other records.
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Write letters and reports on behalf of the organization.
• Transcribe notes or data from audio tapes into letters and reports using a computer.
• Store and retrieve data on computers.
• Talk to clients and other duties.
• Prepare agendas or programs for meetings.
• Attend and take minutes of meetings.
• Organize business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions.

Arrange meetings for my GM-COO
Responsible of meeting rooms.
Follow up boss’ issues with managers and employees.
Assist my boss in his work in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), scan & copy, write letters for managers, VP, COO and CEO.
Check the attendance of employees
Order papers and document in box files and scan the important of them.
Assist my boss to attend courses and conferences in KSA & outside
Assist his consular and managers in my floor as per request.
Prepare weekly reports of the activities of the departments under my GM(HR, Recruitment, Organization Development, SS, Legal, Engineering & Building)
Other works as per request from my boss inside & outside the company.
Note: I resigned in November 2010 but I left my work in November 2012 till they found another secretary and I trained him for one year and half. I worked from December 2010 till November 2012 in the same time in Tawuniya as full time job.
Accompany guests of HRH. and her husband from USA or Europe in Riyadh to show them the historic places in Riyadh.
Make reservations in hotels and bookings for princes, the guests and for employees.
Translate fax, e-mails ... and all office work as per request.
Write official letters to Princes, ministries, States, Passports departments, Embassies, Airports...etc.
Apply for official applications by internet (Iqama, visas, etc..).
Responsible of Trips of Princes and their group (visas, reservations, bookings, etc).
Follow up all cargo and shipments of princes to and from their palaces and properties all around the world.
Responsible of general relations of the Princess and their team in Europe and USA and other all the world.
Arrange meetings for the Princess with the employees and guests from outside of the Kingdom and do all reservations and booking.
Help the children in their homework and their private issues. Do anything that Princes asks me to do
