Main job responsibilities:
•Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner
•Monitor the activities of the customer service department of the stores to ensure a satisfied clientele
•Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information
•Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best to achieve financial goals
•Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations
•Visit stores to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales
•Develop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail stores
•Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet
•Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis
Responsible for 9 stores in Cairo, Porto & Sharm El Sheikh.
Main duties and responsibilities were:
•Help prepare and implement all company rules and regulation and making sure that they are applied in all stores
•Respect deadlines and assure projects are present on time
•Achieve sales budget
•Analyses results based on figures and providing solutions
•Train all store managers (technical and theoretical)
•Train all employees to understand the job profile
•Decrease shrinks as per the norm
•Lead & monitor stores inventory
•Control store stock level
•Implement supplier contract and agreement
•Tackle high expenses area and find solution to decrease it
