• Responsible for the overall functions of finance / accounting department, analyze accounting records, documents and reports to ensure the accuracy of daily and monthly transactions

Main Responsibilities:
• General ledger - maintenance of the general ledger and trial balance to ensure all entries produced by sub-systems such as AR, AP are correctly interfaced and automatic and manual journal entries are duly approved and correctly coded.
• Accounts Payable - overseeing the maintenance of the accounts payable ledger ensuring that all invoices are matched with purchase orders and evidence of delivery and are properly approved according to authority levels. Preparing the payables ageing analysis
