Assess the program requirements for youth in the community. Recruiting eligible youth for training services and marketing training services for community organizations. Work closely with program front-line staff to understand youth's skills and competencies. Provide monthly and yearly reports about youth programs and opportunities. Identify and connect with community organizations youth centres, and other interested parties to recruit eligible youth. Ensure that all programs and activities implemented according to relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

As an office manager, my duty was to coordinate staff meeting. I was also responsible for maintenance of daily office operations and maintenance of calendar, which would be referred by Board of Directors. Providing timely and knowledgeable response to information requests; screened and transferred calls; and prepared official correspondence.
Due to my previous experience in Human resource department I also take part in HR activities and manage some of the activities in HR department like invoice checking, producing invoices, preparing educational sources and producing evaluation and financial report of the whole year progress. I also managed producing quarterly reports on the organisation progress, analysing and evaluating course, preparing ways to develop Life Skills courses and training youth on life skills.
