1) Lead Special Weapon & Strategy team, South and West Region. Develop and drive risk-based review, analyzes dealers stocks and respective receivables, proactively identify issues and provide solutions (within company’s policy) to remediate/mitigate against identified risks. Core mission is to provide strategy, competitive execution in support of the overall sales goal of the company.
2) Manage daily activities of sales staff, review and analyze their sales performance regularly.
3) Involves in developing marketing strategy to increase sales output including promotion of new products.
4) Prepares sales reports of my assigned areas of responsibility include adjusting dealer year end incentive monthly.
5) Responsible in processing and approving order requisitions and ensure delivery of goods on time.
6) Gather and analyze information about product innovations, competitors and market conditions.
7) Performs all pertinent credit and sales process including billing process, payments follow-up, cash collections, credit notes and accounts reconciliation.
8) Consult clients after sales to resolve problems and provide on-going support.
9) Obtain balance confirmation quarterly.
10) Ensure good quality of service to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
11) Assist the management for assigning and determining the counter salesmen commission (Dealers Employee).
12) Performs other duties as required by the management.
