Follow-up of Structure Shop Drawings production with sub-contractors (RC Structure, Steel structure, Infrastructure), approval status with Consultant, and follow-up of works/inspections on site,
Follow-up of formwork Shop Drawings production by the subcontractors (Harsco & Peri) for Raft, Double sided wall, Core wall and lift, column, slab, ramp in Car Parks LRT stations and Substations, approval status with Consultant, and follow-up of works/inspections on site,

Project: TOZEUR DESERT OASIS RETREAT PROJECT, Tunisia:
Project Description:
The site is located in Tozeur, a city located in the south-western region of Tunisia and well-known for its Saharan and palm tree Oasis.
The Project is being developed on a site of approx 400, 000 sqm.
The total GFA of the project is approximately 30, 000 sqm.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Follow-up of Lead consultant deliverables & respect scope of works,
Overview of the master schedule,
Assessment of Pre-qualification process for all packages of the project (General Civil works; Plumbing & Mechanical & Pools; Electrical works; FF&E and internal finishes; Soft landscaping; Kitchens, Bars, Buffet and Laundry; Signage and Way finding; and OS&E),
Assessment of the different consultants bids: PM/CM, Kitchen consultant, Pre-contract QS and Post-contract QS,
Contributing in the preparation of the tender documents,
Coordination with head office in Qatar (Contracts department, control department, Legal department, Finance department, development department, management department, IT department…etc),
Overview of documents translated from English to French and vice versa,
Overview of all project stakeholder invoices,
Relationship with local authority (Tozeur governorate, water authority, Electricity authority, Tourism authority…etc ),
And other tasks

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Responsible of all the civil works, with the assistance of the technicians & foremen we assured the follow up of all the works (Buildings and Infrastructure) until completion, with respect to time, cost and quality.
I assured the relationship with all the partners: architect, consultant, civil defense, municipality, Etisalat.
Moreover I was in contact with the purchase and HR responsible concerning our needs of materials & labors with coordination with the project manager and the GM.
