Our work in KSA related is turnkey projects ( Site Acquisition, Civil work & Telecom Implementation & commissioning ) with MOTOROLA , NSN, HUAWEI & SAMSUNG for all operators ( STC, Mobily & ZAIN ).
My scope is managing all technical divisions' issues regarding employees, managing activities& business development.
Our work in KSA related is turnkey projects ( Site Acquisition, Civil work & Telecom Implementation & commissioning ) with MOTOROLA , NSN, HUAWEI & SAMSUNG for all operators ( STC, Mobily & ZAIN ).
• Managing division engineers and contractors for the network sites telecom implementation.
• Managing & negotiating the Indoor building coverage solution system (Contracts, Design & implementation) with owners, venders & contractors
• Defining the SOW to any telecom projects for having quotations from Venders/contractors.
• Set up the Quality & Procedures standards for all telecom installation equipments.
• WiMAX committee member, from tendering till vender choosing (including RFQ, venders technical & commercial evaluation, venders negotiating, short listing)
• Set the related network materials specifications and quality control measures
• Managing the tendering process, pre-qualification, contracts and invoicing.
• Managing the balance of the network related materials in ware house
• Applying quality measures and quality assurance inspections and procedures for cell site.
• Ordering Telecom Ancillary equipment for the new sites ( RFQ ordering ).
• Following the cell site integration and commissioning with related divisions .
• Arrange all facilities required from all divisions which are related to my division
• Building permits and power connection follow up for special sites
• Project Management of 500 GSM sites, work include budget matters, procurement, scheduling, needed licenses for sites.
• Site acquisition, implementation for all Fastlink sites and micros for the network, and supervision on contractors..
• Supervising all phases of Fastlink Network implementation, which includes RF and MW planning, optimization, M/W installation and commission. (BSC, BTS, and micro cells) and Civil work, electrical, electromechanical, and) communication works.
• Managing Installation and Maintenance Projects for DC, AC and UPS systems.
• Managing Sites Maintenance for Civil, Electromechanical, and telecom works.
• Vendor’s negotiation, pricing, Contract preparation; Coordination between Finance, legal and engineering parties. and analysis for site implementation.
• Managing subcontractors’ contracts to be implemented within time and budget with the quality standards.
• Supervising Fire Fighting system installation including FM200.
• Preparing budget for the division.
• Equipment procurement for sites and budgeting.
• Employee’s recruitment.
• Coordinating project works with contractors that is including civil, electromechanical, and communication works.
• Preparing schedule for the sites preparations, and short and long-term maintenance plans for the sites.
• Preparing infrastructure for all Switches, HLRs, and IN.
• Keeping up inventories in the stores, and co-ordinate equipment delivery to the site.
• Follow up paper works with governmental and non-governmental agencies for site licenses and power connection
