1-Overall supervision and coordination of construction work .
2-Responsible and accountable for quality and safety of construction work.
3- Review strategy and general method statements, review procurement agreements for execution.
4-study work programmes and sequence; identify manpower needs based on productivity rates.
5-provide relevant data for cost control.
6- Assist CM in all his duties.
1- Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to
construction/ fabrication, precommissioning,

progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.

4- Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements
in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members

- Attend all site meeting
- Review daily progress report in co-ordinate with various discipliners
- Submittal of material and drawings for civil work
Designing structural elements and follow up the Dubai Municipality drawings and specifications.
• Site visits and supervising and follow up the installation.
• Controlling the selection of Materials in accordance to the specifications.
• Deal with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and Dubai Municipality.
• Preparing the bills of contractors and checking the bill of quantity.
